"Kinda a different experience. I applied to work here and was essentially hired. I was sent an offer of employment conditional on a clear background check. I waited 2 weeks before logging into my account and seeing that my background check had cleared. I have a spotless record and have never had issues before. Anyways, I waited a few days to see if I would be called for my start date. After no call, I called myself at a different location as this one was closed. They assured me they would have the manager get in touch with me within the next couple days as she had been on vacation and that if not I was welcome to call the store that weekend because they were reopening. it is really hit or miss here! my latte is either amazing, or it is not? and the prizes have risen, so play the game of asking whether my latte will be good or not just it does not seem worth it anymore. the employees are very busy and I am sure that they deal with some rude customers, so the mention of bad lattes simply does not seem fair compared to what they have on a daily walk.
