Apparently the employees aren't taught to make the sandwiches as they are described in the website. They only know how to make them according to what the customer asks for. I would think that the franchise owner would make sure there employees knew how to make the sandwiches as they are described in the website first for a basic knowledge of the products they sell."

Subway is absolutely great we love their turkey sandwiches or I do, my wife loves the teriyaki sweet onion chicken sandwich the portions are nice the food is good. However they don't compare to Jersey Mike's.

Made online order they charged my card showed up it says closes at 8:00pm 7:25pm door locked next day went there supposed to be open excuse staffing issues not hard to shut off online ordering waste of my gas and time had to pick up something else for family really freaking mad
