"First timers at Timmers! Beautiful property with lost of history. Our server was outstanding, food was delicious and cooked perfectly (we had the sea scallops and filet mignon). It was a Wednesday night so the dining room wasn’t overly busy and our food came quickly. We were too full for dessert but the dessert menu sure looked good too. We’re about a 50 minute drive from West Bend but are already planning to go back and will bring friends with us next time."

"Last minute we were looking for a place where we could eat tonight. We enjoyed fantastic food and service at The Slinger House Pub Grille. Our server Adele was very attentive and friendly. The food was hot and fresh and the portions are very large. You won't be hungry! Korean BBQ Chicken Sandwich Our signature recipe with ginger, cilantro, and garlic chagriet made and with shaved cabbage, carrots and house pickled red orion with our own Korean Peanut BBQ sauce fish tacos baked with Caribbean jerk seasonal or ground and baked, served with shredded salad and pico de gallo-your choice of corn or flea meatlo"

"If your fish is fry concentrated on the fish, you will definitely come here! The pieces are very large and fleshy and the bread is very tasteful. The service was excellent considering how busy the place is. My only problem was the weaponries. The pommes were chowed together and undercooked so that it is more like tasty potatoes than crispy pommes. The Koleslaw was crispy and cold, which was delicious. If you explore the fishries of Wisconsin, check this place!"

"Appetizers and first drink were delicious! Soups were good. Second round of drinks were terrible. Somehow got mixed up with our order. Waitress brought another round , but not as good as the first. Very light on the old fashioned mix. Dinner came. Seared scallops were not cooked as I had requested, and they were lukewarm. Risotto was over peppered and lukewarm. Asparagus were very salty. My husband’s ribeye was done to perfection, as were his onion rings and veggies. Also, the drinks were only 3 4 full and overpriced. The head waiter apologized for my food and said he would tell the chef about the seasoning, and the undercooked scallops. I know it will be a long time before we give Timmer’s another try."

"This was our first time here, but certainly not our last!! Found this place as I was looking for halfway between Appleton and Milwaukee. We sat immediately - server was excellent! We ordered spaghetti and meatballs, walnut chicken and a New York stripe. All were very good! We left our card inadvertently and a few minutes later I heard a voice while we went to our car - the waitress brought our card!!! Amazing!!! That was beyond and beyond! We want to come back!"
