"Supasalad is right next to the central station and has a huge selection of salads, including some pre-built ones. Alternatively you can mix your own, vegan ingredients and dressings are clearly marked. On top they also sell paninins and within the same location pizzas and drinks (check out NeoNeo). Portions are generous and food super yummy, plus the staff is acting very hygienic, changing gloves for every customer for example. A great stop for a salad to go (personally I find the seating areas rather unattractive)!"
