"The experience is good unless you get the white boy named Dylan. He’s very off putting and cannot handle simple tasks on his own. He has been there for months and still sucks at his job, needs to be replaced asap. Waited for 20 minutes today after placing an online order because he couldn’t figure out how to charge me extra for a different type of cheese, even after calling his manager. I’ve never seen someone make such ado about cheese, especially given there was a line. Will have to go back in the morning so manager can do a refund, if they “remember”."
