"I ordered grab-and-go and arrived on time, confirming that my order was ready before entering. However, when I got to the door, I found it was locked. I had already noticed a long and very slow drive-thru line, so I decided to wait. I spent 20 minutes just getting to the order point, and then another 20 minutes at the window. When I finally received my food, it was clear it had been prepared 40 minutes earlier, as the box was cool to the touch with no sign that the food had been freshened up during the long wait. To top it off, I had to ask for the drink I ordered. I strongly recommend closing this store down; in the meantime, do yourself a favor and avoid it!"

They close the door and ignore online pickups. If you're only dining in, you have to drive around the building. What's the point of having online ordering?

This is the best Taco Bell I've ever visited! They quickly and efficiently prepared my meal, and the team, along with their manager, was kind enough to remake an order for me that I had accidentally messed up.
