"I arrived at the University location at 8:15am on Sunday to find that the lobby was closed and the drive-through was blocked off. While sitting in my car trying to find the store hours, I saw a man exiting the back door of the store, confirming that it was indeed closed. I decided to drive to the College Rd location, which was less than five miles away. To my surprise, the same employee from the previous store pulled up next to me in his black Bronco, still in his Taco Bell uniform. I found my chicken Chalupa to be overly salty (disappointing), but the potato taco was decent. Hopefully they can improve in the future.

The service at this restaurant is incredibly slow and the lobby is closed. It appears that they only handle one or two orders at a time, causing a backlog of cars in the Fred's parking lot. Unless you're visiting in the morning, it's not worth the hassle. You'd be better off going to Fred's next door, or just cooking your meal at home.

How do you screw up NACHOS?I ordered nachos bell grande with no tomatoes, no sour cream. Meat, beans and cheese only, with a side of cheese. I got nachos with NO CHEESE! WOW! Thanks for over charging me and giving me something not worth eating. Who eats nachos with no cheese? NO ONE!!!!! And the tiny little bit of cheese in the side order isn't enough to eat these nachos!!!!!
