"I used to work near this place so I 've gone here a bunch over the years. It 's not going to have the most amazing food, but it 's still pretty solid and is better than a lot of other Mexican fast food restaurants in Colorado. My favorite meat here is the carnitas, although they deep fry the shredded beef tacos and those come out pretty good as well. The carne asada isn 't bad, but usually comes out a little dry. This place is too good to get the rolled tacos and thank me later. They were lovely and had some of the best steak from a restaurant like this in a while. Everything was hot, fresh, and moist, and it stayed that way. The rolled tacos stayed crispy, and the guac was so fresh and creamy. My husband had the chimichanga, and it was so good. Please go here. I cannot recommend it enough, and next time, we're in the springs. We're going here!
