"Visiting Laredo, friends recommended this place... was not disappointed. Fresh sides to fill up your taco... flavor was authentic... not like a mass produced product... tasted like home cooking. Wife was very impressed and even ordered food to go so we could enjoy food on the road. We have traveled the Rio Grande from El Paso, to Mc Allen, this is right up there with the Tex-Mex standard as being amongst the best authentic Mexican food restaurants. A plus plus is the melt in the mouth tortillas, and guacamole! Having a beer with my food is always a benefit!"

They always treat u like family there u always come out with a smile a bit pricy but its worth every dime my parrillada was on point and so were the rice and beans mmm good

Our meal was delicious and the service was great the atmosphere and traditional music and lots of eye candy. The portions were huge didn't leave there hungry at all. My wife particularly recommends the Flan, we liked it so much we got one to go.

Taco Palenque always has great service awesome tasting food!! The menu is kind of pricey, but it is worth it!! A customer is guaranteed to walk out of the restaurant filled up because the plates are very filling he or she can add complementary chips/tortillas to their plate as well!! They also have a great variety of salsa on the salad bar!! The Mexican food also tastes homemade in Taco Palenque!! It is one of my favorite Mexican fast food restaurants in Laredo!!
