"My experience is that I think they have no idea what Mexican food really is and how it should be prepared. For me, what I saw is a mix of traditional Mexican and American food. We got there because they recommended the place to us and when I saw enchiladas Tapatias on the menu, I literally imagined what they are like in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. I'm from there and I know them, so I decided to order them.
