"It was shocking to see that this place is veteran-owned after leaving this place. We THOUGHT the experience was a positive one: great tasting food, two fresh beers, alert staff. However, after we paid, I was told the wait staff were bad-mouthing our not unusual party of 4 calling us a “loud large party” and “thankful we brought our own cards” to entertain ourselves. Our “large” group of a whopping two couples often frequents breweries and locally owned business around the San Antonio area, always leaving a tip and using manners each time. We are not from Blanco and it was great to find this place. The food quality, variety, and taste were very good. The beer list is good with a wide variety. The atmosphere is very good, but it is nice to see a place put as much effort into the food and service. We will definitely go back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
