"I would like to praise our waiter from Monday night (08/29/22). Timothy was fantastic! He was friendly, personable his attention to everything was on site. We are rewarding members Red Lobster is our way to the restaurant, anywhere else, even our children love it! We had Timothy as our waiter when he started, he was just as friendly at the time. He got everything right, even though we had added both additional pages to our most important ducks. He brought extra paper napkins with our salad biscuits without having to ask. He was quickly asked with our refills of Endless Shrimp ALWAYS whether we needed something else before we left our table. In the past, many servers/goods did not. At one point I had finished my drink, the next thing I knew it was filled. I honestly don't even remember that he did that, that's how good he was. We love endless shrimps would also come here alone. But honestly, because of the excellent service of Timothy we are planning to come more often. I would like to point out that the food (salades, cookies, shrimps) were also perfectly cooked, compliments to the cook! Can't wait to come back, hopefully we have Timothy back! "I had stopped at the Pasta House in Farmington Mo and they did not know what a stuffed artichoke was! I stopped at the Pasta House in South County and they knew what it was and was fixed excellently! My server Daniel was very good on getting my instructions on my Chicken Flamingo perfect! I would stop at this Pasta House again! Great service and Great food! Service: Dine in"

"Not good and definitely not recommend. I ordered the fillet mignon steak with garlic butter sauce and they brought me a fillet with cheese, mushrooms and mushroom sauce. I told them I think they brought me the wrong steak and their answer was good that they might have, but even the fillet with garlic butter comes with mushrooms. It doesn't make sense, because the menu says fillet with garlic butter sauce. It says nothing about mushrooms like the other two steak options. Also, none of them say anything about cheese, why did tf come with cheese? She said she'd look and she never came back and said something. Okay, cool it's the wrong steak, but let's talk about the quality of the steak. I eat Steak 2-3 times a week and can tell you that the steak I had was not good quality. $49 for what tasted like a cheap/tough shoulder steak. If you want a terrible overpriced steak, don't look further because Trattoria Toscana has covered you. They say their chef cooks with his heart and not his hands. Well, maybe he should start a bit more with his hands. Absolute garbage."

"Honestly my experiences here have been either fantastic or a regret. The last few times before my most recent visit our servers were really lacking, though the food was great. While visa versa we get some of the worst food but our waiter saves the night and we wind up having a great time. I see him mentioned in other reviews on here too, great job Nicholas! Keep up the good work sir. Maybe the kitchen is just over stressed or under staffed at times. In fairness half the country won't go to work, we should be nice to the ones who actually show up to take care of us. That being said, they should try harder to maintain a child and family friendly atmosphere. The party next to us would not stop screaming and cussing, they kept talking about getting violent with people, and were absolutely horrible to their waitress, we felt so bad for her! They totally scared the heck out of my kids!"

"For the price of the meal the food was subpar at best. Steak was overcooked and the fries my wife got were clearly not fresh and obviously frozen out of a bag and fried like you would expect from a place that charges half the price that Sam's does. The building was in disrepair as well with holes in the ceiling and the carpet peeling up in the middle of the floor as well as very dated decor for a place that charges such a premium. We received a complimentary dessert as it was our anniversary and we're told we could get a chocolate lava cake which came out frozen and basically inedible. Extremely disappointed by our visit and we will not be coming back. Edit:The overcooked steak was brought to the waiters attention and did not seem to be a concern. We were sitting at the table in front of the fireplace under the neon sign. The carpet just in front of that table is peeling up and the ceiling right above the table has tape patching it. As far as the fries go we can chalk that up to a bad batch maybe but to say the cosmetic issues are not there is inaccurate.
