we have made our reservation through open table, but at the arrival the restaurant would not honor the reservation. they said that open table should be switched off for this night. After they had confirmed that they had the reservation, they refused to honour them. they told us that the waiting period would be 30-45 minutes. there was no other place to go or we would have gone out. we went into the bar and found a table. we talked to the waitress who worked with the “host” for us to eat in the bar area. the waitress was great (monica.) the management would have done the right thing and appreciated our reservation. it shouldn't have been our problem.

I was very disappointed by my experience on Friday.
