"the service was bad from the beginning. it took 20 minutes to get the attention to a waitress, and that was only after I called the manager. drinks took a long time to be delivered. the manager, the waitress and other employees were very apologetic. eating was fair, with too much salt added. ambient was noisy as there were many families in the restaurant. no good experience for a casual dinner."

the service was great, but eating was bad. I could have had a burger just as good at red robin and had more food and paid less. I decided to pay the extra $1.50 for wobble rings and they only get 3 rings in total. fries were also very stingy on the teller of my mannes.

on Saturday, Aug.4, our reservation was at 18:15. we arrived a little early because we had a friend with our group of 5 who had recently knee surgery. the manager and the staff went out of the way to find a comfortable table without too much crowding. we were very satisfied with the service and eating.

server was good only part that was sucked was to find a hair in my teller. I was supervised by manager and sever continued excellent service. I know that it happened, but I hated only, in my fiance food becuse I was really hungry, wished they had offered me a little salad in the middle time. When my teller arrived, I could only enjoy the half.
