Our waitress greeted us promptly, and we placed our orders without any issues. However, it took a while for our food to arrive, and we had to wait even longer for our utensils. Despite my request for a well-cooked steak without any pink or red, it arrived with some pink and even red spots, which was disappointing. Additionally, my daughter couldn't eat her dish because it contained bacon, and she was not informed about it by the waitress. When the waitress checked on us and noticed the untouched dish, she suggested we should have told her earlier. This is a great place to eat, but our experience was almost ruined by the hostess who tried to discourage us by saying there was a 45-minute wait for a table. Despite having reservations for 7:15pm on 2/24/19, we were seated right in front of the door in a nearly empty and uncomfortably cold restaurant. When we asked to move away from the door, the hostess refused, but our server was kind enough to accommodate our request immediately.
