"We would like to praise the Bavarian staff for excellent service as well as a delicious meal and enjoyable evening. When we arrived they did not have us on their list of reservations from OpenTable. While not necessary, I showed them one of the several confirmations and reminders I had received from OpenTable. From the beginning, the staff made it clear that there would be a table for us and they came through with that quickly despite being heavily booked for the evening. Anytime we are in Taos we make a point to go to the Bavarian. Its a bit of a trek to get to, especially in the winter but it is well worth the drive.

Very special and unique dining experience in Ski Valley- very cozy dining room, good German food, extensive wine list, and real beer steins. Definitely worth the trip.
