"I’ve really tried to give this place a chance. Every order there’s been an issue. I’d say I’ve ordered from here about five times over the past 12 months. Today was the final straw. Online ordering was open. Received order confirmation and the went to pick it up. The store was closed. Left a message and sent an inquiry through the online form. How do I get my money back? Hopefully I’ll get a call back. I know I should’ve checked but, why was online ordering enabled if the store was closed. I’ll take my business elsewhere, where I can patronize real small businesses in the immediate area with better service and a better customer experience."

The food is good, but the staff acts overwhelmed even if there is no one in the store. They don’t work together or efficiently and are are often in their own worlds, There have been times I have to remind them about rewards or even the fact that i have yet to pay. Think I’ve given it enough chances, food is just not worth the lack of customer service.

If you walk in and order it’s way better. Service is good. When you place an online order for a salad and go to get it, they tell you it’ll not be ready for 40 mins. Even though no other customer is there and they have 3 workers just standing around. Why would their online system say it takes that long to make a salad? The food is good, a bit pricey, but good. However if I order online and it’s making me wait that long for something that gets thrown together in minutes I’ll get a salad else where. They also close super early on Saturday’s. So make sure you look at business hours, not your normal hours for a restaurant.
