"Drive thru was not busy, ordering was simply and uneventful, except no dollar Total given. I consider myself a senior so I am comfortable describing the person at the window as a mature women. I got two chicken biscuits,coffee and Pepsi. I was given the total and paid,handed the drinks never being asked if I needed cream and sugar. I asked. Meal was handed to me and the window slid closed. Ok..how much do I have to spend to get a thank you, no really, I'd like to know. This mature women was old enough to know how to say thank you yet did not and could care less if I spent one dollar or a hundred. She should quit.i won't be back.thankyou."

The Biscuit Factory has been a High Point staple for years. Their lunch is surprisingly just as good as their breakfast. Hands down, the best french fries of all time.

I'm usually satisfied, but today I'm a little bit upset because I paid the full price for my order, only to drive 20 minutes and to notice that everything was not in my order, then I drive back and ask if they remake what I had due to this fact, and they warmed up my cookies and gave it to me with fresh side that should have been in my order of beginning. a simple order didn't have to be so difficult.
