It was nice to return to one of our favorite restaurants. With social distancing (which I fully endorse) it was certainly a lower-key experience. It was also nice to see some familiar faces.

Four of us went to the Greene Turtle for lunch. Our food included: crab cake, chicken wings, salmon on a salad, and caesar salad.As pleased as three of us were, our fourth was truly disappointed. She ordered the crab cake because one of us had it before claimed it was filled with lumps of crab. Today wasn't the same. When the manager came by to ask if we were satisfied with our meals, she told him about the disappointing crab cake. He did reduce her lunch special by the cost. It would have been better if she could have a new crab cake done properly. On other occasions when we visited this restaurant all four of us were very happy with our meals.

Absolutely horrible service. Ater a minute wait to even be greeted we didn't even end up staying to eat because our reservation was not honored and we were told tough luck and other large groups without reservations were seated before us. We were told to look how many people there were (was not THAT busy) and he couldn't do anything about it and essentially called me a liar about my reservation because according to them they dont even take them.. even though here I am writing about my reservation. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service and a HUGE waste of my time. Literally the worst experience and most unprofessional staff I've ever encountered. Will probably never even try to go back.
