They're doing self-serve with the froyo but not with the toppings glad to see they are still taking some precautions!Overall, the froyo flavors weren't speaking to us, but then we saw the Franklin Fountain ice cream and decided to get a scoop of honeycomb and strawberry. The scoops are HUGE and the flavors are everything you'd expect from FF delicious.Also thought the service was nice the woman serving up the ice cream and toppings was very friendly and she seemed to know a lot about the Franklin Fountain ice creams (like how FF has their own bees so yes, there is real honeycomb in the ice...

Great ice cream and froyo and convenient/fun atmosphere. One thing to watch out for is it can get expensive if you get too much froyo since it's by weight, but totally worth it

Incredible owner and staff, and awesome frozen treats! Had so much fun at the event they had in the square out front with the live band. Highly recommend for your little treat needs!

frozen yogurt shop with many options. they themselves serve toppings bar, freshly baked cookies, and even serve açaí dishes. a custom ice cup costs about $8 with a few toppings. very filling and delicious. service is very fast and friendly as well.
