"This is the fifth of seven reviews from a quick visit to Hyannis on Valentine's Day weekend. This was a major disappointment. As you can see from my previous reviews, my wife and I have gone to the Naked Oyster several times over the last 20 years, but this time was different. The first time we came here it was excellent, this time I give it a one star!!! I specifically stated to our waiter that I wanted the sauce on the side and my tuna on veggies not carbs!!! My meal came out covered in sauce which I had to scrape off , and the tuna was sitting on a tin of carbs!!! I will not be returning and I will NOT be recommending this restaurant to any of our friends on the Cape!! You need to instruct your staff to listen to the customer needs!!! I just spent nearly 40 dollars on a small piece of tuna!!! Please work on your staff!!

Spectacular! We enjoyed the oysters with ginger and wasabi. Probably the nicest combination we ever tasted. It's the freshness of the Oyster, with the kick of the wasabi and the ginger to finish the explosion of flavors. Then we took the bluefish pate. Delicious too! Served with toasted bread. And then the haddock lobster. Very elegant balance of flavors. The kids has the Thai rice noodles with wild shrimp, in a peanut lime sauce. This was a bit on the sweet side, but they ate it with great joy. The desert: take the chocolate mousse. I can hear you think.. thats so standard. Well , not with a French chef!
