"The food here is great however every single time I place a to go order they screw up. Today I called in 40 minutes prior to my arrival because I was in a hurry and wanted to be sure everything would be ready. Sure enough when I got there they said they didn't have an order for me. When I showed them the number I called was correct they just shrugged it off. I had to place a new order and wait for the food to be cooked. I've worked in the restaurant industry for years and you'd think the manager would offer a free meal or something since they even confirmed it was their mistake. I don't want anyone to go here. I don't have to wait long. To eat their very good, large portion of food. Coffee was also good, even if the service was attentive. Had been 5 stars, but their cups come to the table with big chips missing some were sharp. Bad show.

During our visit, we tried Jim's Special, which comes with three pancakes. It was very tasty and quite filling! However, I wish it had included some potatoes or a side, as we had to order those separately. This was my first time at this location, though I've visited others in the past. I would definitely come back!
