I paid for 2 extra ranch and didn't get any. I didn't get any plastic ware and our fries were half full.

Our ticket says the order was ready for the driver to pick up at 5:46 PM. The driver didnt drop our food off till like 6:40, practically an hr after the food was done. So all of the onion rings were horribly soggy. I'm better off just picking up my own food. I think I'm done with grub hub.
