"Nice and nostalgic place. This is the only reason for 2 stars. I really don't have much to say. Let's start with the fact that the room was dirty. There was garbage on the floor next to the bed of an earlier guest. Secondly, I am disappointed with their customer service capabilities. The older woman who checks you in and out in the morning is so fake. She puts on these high pitch voices that I want to roll my eyes out of my head. It's not real at all. There was also a younger man. He had a question about something, and her answer was that she showed her true colors. Before me she said to this other worker, Ugh, I just showed you how to do that. I don't know how many times I have to show you...

What a wonderful time we had at my daughter?s bridal shower! The party was held in The Library room.?such a gorgeous setting with fireplace and spring flowers decorating the mantle. I received so many positive comments from our guests. The food was fantastic. A big shout out to Max and his staff!! He especially made sure we were taken care of and was very attentive to our needs.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars, it's so good. The Roycroft campus has a special place in the history of art and crafts movement and has the status of the American historical site. The Roycroft Inn is an architectural treasure, filled with Renaissance artifacts in every corner. The staff is super helpful, friendly and efficient. Don't miss the restaurant, the free breakfast is excellent and I especially recommend the cream Brulee to finish your dinner. Definitely an experience you should not miss.

How is it that they can?t offer us food at 9:00 in the morning on a Sunday? Sure, the place is very comfortable. But, it sort of feels like being in an abandoned building. They should offer breakfast, you know, like the rest of the world. And now, a guest trips over an electrical cable for a toaster sending it flying in the air and creating quite a mess. The hotel literally ran the cable on a carpet making it very difficult to see. Is this hotel for real? At room rates above $300 a night anyone would expect a much higher level of quality. Look, Sunday brunch might be great if you don?t mind waiting around for hours to get on their schedule.
