"I’m so glad to find a salad bar nearby with so many vegan options. Everything was delicious and fresh! I had a half salad with romaine, beets, corn, scallions, tomatoes, roasted Brussels sprouts, black beans, avocado, pepperoncini, and tofu, all topped with spicy Thai peanut dressing. I also enjoyed a vegan grilled cheese sandwich and a tomato basil soup with vegan fries. I can’t wait to go back!"

This is a lovely, fast-casual restaurant that offers a selection of vegan soups and salads. On the day I visited, the special was a vegan grilled cheese, which was a delightful treat. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about vegan options; two employees even mentioned that they are vegan themselves and are always on the lookout for more vegan items to add to the menu.
