"Wow doesn?t even come close to covering this Taco (and more) paradise. I just came in from NYC on the train and The Taco Project is right up the street. What a great find! I had the order taker/cashier dude pick me two sets of tacos and then added another set of shrimp. I ended up with grilled salmon, chorizo and grilled shrimp tacos. All of them were perfect. Unique in their own flavors of very fresh ingredients and blends. I was very pleasantly impressed! I?ll be surfing the menu for more too as the bowls looked great too. Look for me often as this will be my new go-to place in Tarrytown!!! Thank you The Taco Project for an awesome experience!!!"

Great little spot for tacos in Tarrytown. Really cool decor. Indoor and outdoor seating. Place is small but it wasn't busy when I was there. I had the pork belly tacos. Delicious. I will definitely come back to try their other tacos.

Killer tacos were a great start but there was also so much else. The bowls are flavorful and great portions and the vibe in the small dining room is awesome. Definitely a gem on Tarrytown?s Main Street. Don?t forget to try the churros!

Tried a Grilled coconut shrimp taco. Overall pretty good, a lot of shrimp albeit very small ones. Shrimp cooked fairly well, a f3w were clearly overcooked. As far as coconut, you got me. Shrimp were covered in some kind of powder, some heat, maybe can imagine coconut.. Not thrilled with plastic 5 as takeout containers, can be recycled though vast majority of 5 ends up in dumps, oceans, incinerators where it emits toxic substances Orr fumed, poor job there

"this was the second time that we at blue hill at stone barns had eaten (the first was about a year ago) our second visit was not so funny, because we first knew that the routine was brought out a dish in a time, an excursion to somewhere else (kitchen, special room with compost part away through the meal. but also, it was disappointing to see some of the same things on the menu as we did last time. yes, it was the almost the same time of the year, but surely a restaurant of this caliber can be more creative and sometimes they were something too creatiw at this visit. we were served a melon that had been fermented. with the first (and last bite, I said to my man, that tastes just like cow manure smell. Now, when we were picked into the compost room for our half of a baby potato, we saw where the fermentation had taken place: in a bag placed in the compost container. ew, that explains, I thought. I also know that you eat seasonal at stone barns, but the menu was very, very hard on beds, squash and parsnips. while the peasant from this world was (please sell to the public in quantity! and the beet sliders were so big that we could have eaten ten more, it was a bit much to have so many sweet sweet sweet sweet at a meeting, especially if you lean on the savory like me. While I would recommend bh at sb one time, I don't think it's worth visiting later, especially if they go near the same season they go ahead. two more observations: 1. the personal is very wonderful. 2.I wouldn't interfere with the deli for lunch. eating is nothing special. also we have a bag of popcorn and it was stale as possible."
