"That must be my 10. Journey to Tikal. I live in the middle and love driving all the way to Greenport on Rt.25. It is a beautiful, soothing ride, very picturesque, see all the vineyards and the old beautiful churches, houses and shops. If you come closer to Greenport, see the water along the north coast. Greenport is a great small town overlooking the water and you can walk around to eat and buy. Tikal is a Latino restaurant and it is my favorite place to eat from all restaurants there. The food is so fresh and it tastes home made. They make fresh chips that come hot and served with a delicious guacamole dip! I had the shrimp taco bowl and my daughter had the steak fajitas. If you can slow down for a bit, this sweet spot is made fresh, fill dishes: homemade tortilla chips! Papusas! Broken shrimps! I wish we had tried more.

Somehow it's all good!! Chicken Burrito is on point!!! And honestly, the people behind the counter. Very pleasant, too. Never penetrated. You get a good amount of food for what you pay for

"The wait staff did not have knowledge of drinks/dishes because they said they’re “not from this country “ but isn’t that part of the job? Pretentious and overpriced with a fabulous sunset view. Clientele is loud and pushy Food took a long time coming which would be ok since it was a beautiful sunset but then was cold on arrival."

"what a great place to get out! diverse menu, we had several different meal times from the menu and all were very fresh delicious, including the guacamole, pico and fries, friendly service. in any case, our newer way, whenever we are on the island!"

"Overall a great place to stay in Greenport, but a bit pricey for what you get. Nice boutique hotel. Non-standard layout. Lobby looks like a storefront and rooms are not connected. Rooms are above other storefronts on main street with private entrances. Parking is tough. Only street parking and not even a place to unload without double parking. Staff was pleasant and very accommodating. Breakfast is brought to your room each morning in a picnic basket. Bagels, fruit, juice and hot coffee. Rooms were decorated nice and spacious enough for an old building. Expect LOTS of noise till 2-3 in the morning though. Bars downstairs and the sound is not subtle."

"in teig rolled our little high time in november at lieb cellars. unfortunately, these fine people were cloged in the rain that corresponded to what could only be described as monsun; she didn't stop pumping out incredible pizza with a smile on her face all the time. they were easy to treat, reasonable price, and just have a nice anesthesia at our high time. thanks for helping to make our day a great one."

"my wife and I loved our experience in 18 bay. jimmy, the general manager, greeted us when we first came in and asked us to choose an open table that was perfect for us. I decided to buy a special occasion to buy a pair of weeping that was a bit expensive, but wanted to impress my wife. she loves to taste different weeping. jimmy shaked every glass and came to the table to give us a small story of every bottle. he was very knowledgeable and always offered to give her another wee if she did not like the one he chose for her. the food was very tasty and satisfying. the service was excellent and the ambiente perfect. overall the night was fantastic. many thanks, jimmy and the 18 bay team"
