"This morning, I was in my car heading to get my coffee when my phone rang and I missed the intercom at the drive-thru window. When I pulled up to the window and explained to the young lady that I had missed the intercom and didn't get to order my coffee, she seemed to misunderstand me. As I tried to clarify, an older woman approached from behind and told me to go back to the line. I understood, but a coffee doesn't take long, and I come here often.
