"I had made a reservation for my brothers birthday with the parents and his wife. Our server didn’t mention anything about it. The service was very slow. It took a crazy long time to get our drinks and our server, while nice, didn’t check on us very often. We had wanted more drinks and dessert and that took a minute and then when ready for the check we waited almost 30 minutes. At this point the restaurant was pretty empty so I’m not sure what was going on. The menu offerings were very limited and very few veggie or fish options (no salmon, shrimp, pasta, etc). There was a very bright light above the table that was blinding. The manager turned it down a bit but it was still very distracting....

what a beautiful place. that was delicious. mixed board divided between friends meat, cheese, picked veg, candied nuts, dried fruits, fruit spreads, lavender honey. I had entrusted the coffee with roasted asparagus. my friend had the same thing and another friend had the bun and cuddly. ends with desserts apple cake cream brûlée and a dark chocolate cake. beautiful atmosphere. will definitely be back.

Used to love this place…haven’t been since covid. Came for lunch.. My companion ordered wings.. “ sorry we’re out of wings” Then asked for a burger..no bun.. “ sorry we’re out of burgers” She’s gluten and dairy allergic and eventually got a simple grilled chicken breast. I ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich. No seasoning… at all. When I asked where was the “ Nashville spice”.. Our server offered to bring me “spice” And then brought me some oil. Won’t be back.. makes me sad .

Our waitress was excellent the food was excellent. The length of time it took to get our drinks, ~20minutes) appetizers was disappointing. It's understandable that staffing shortages are to be expected that patience is necessary when dining out, but, to see other waitstaff hanging out at tables where the customers must have been regulars, while the person serving us was doing utmost to keep up with the demands. Just left a negative impression. Lack of teamwork, lack of caring). The atmosphere in one part of the dining room was updated pleasant. Other areas need a refresher mirrored ceiling? Single waitress excellent. Food excellent. Hostess was good. Overall though, won't be back.

"One of my favorite restaurants, Cheesecake Factory has a wide range of food and drink options and the service here has always been amazing. At this visit we got the grilled chicken and avocado club, fish tacos, and a slice of the classic basque cheesecake, which is a creamy and delicious burnt-top cheesecake. Portion sizes do run fairly large here, but it is easy tosplit main courses among family and friends. The only downside is that this location tends to get very busy during peak hours,and wait times can go up to one hour. As a reference, we went around 1 PM and had a 20 minute wait, but we have previously goneat 4 pm and it took an hour to be seated. I do think the wait is worth it, and I believe CF now takes reservations online sothat is worth checking out if you dont want to risk a wait. Regardless, they do send you a message on your phone when your tableis ready, and you are given a serving of brown and white bread with butter while you wait for your food to come out. I alsorecommend their Impossible Burger, their vegan option, as it tastes amazing too. Overall highly recommend as the service,ambience, and food are all great."

"this place used to be really good, but it goes downhill. my friend has a beef sandwich that was too salty. I had a breakfast with a side grotten. my eggs had shells in them, the pouring were granular. my hot cakes were burned. they need either new cooks or the old ones back or something. this place is müll after 2 o'clock. Cooking/food quality sucks. the need to remove from the door."

"NEWEST UPDATE 8 3 23: We did try Masala again, and ordered all VERY mild, but their level of spice is just too much for us. Very good food, but too spicy for our palate, so for those who like that, it 's great food! : UPDATE And now, this was the fastest owner response to a complaint we 've ever had! The owner called me approx 1.5 hours after I called in to tell them about the spice level problem, and apologized profusely. He hadn 't even read this review yet. He is refunding our money, said the kitchen mixed up our order with another who wanted medium plus , he has new staff, and so yes, we WILL try them again. He could not have been more apologetic or nicer, and so I will update this review once more after we order mild in the future, and get to EAT mild . : Fastest review turnaround I 've ever done. Ordered at 10:51 a.m. today, it was ready by 11:04, we finished tasting at 11:25. There is VERY little chicken in the korma maybe 4 little pieces and the rest sauce. Both the aloo gobi and the korma were ordered Mild , and BOTH dishes are far too spicy for us to eat. The just over $30 for small portions of overly spiced food is now in the trash. And when we called back to ask if a mistake had been made, as we could not eat their food, the woman answering the phone didn 't seem to care AT ALL. This was our first and now LAST time ordering food from this restaurant."

"I make a point to come to Big Tommy's every time I'm in town. They have authentic Greek food, just like my mom makes. Be sure to try the Avgolemono (lemon chicken rice soup, it is phenomenal! Also, my husband enjoys the Sunday brunch buffet breakfast meats, omelette station, pastries, fruits, salad, Greek specialties, and countless other items. Seriously a GREAT deal for under $15. Wish they would open a location in Milwaukee. (Hint, hint!"

"Splendid offerings, and accommodating servers and sushi chefs, preparing something my husband remembered from nearly 20 years ago that isn't explicitly on the menu. I highly recommend the Escolar Ceviche as an appetizer. Each menu item we ordered was exquisite, with moments of amazement over flavor-packed inclusions (like pomegranate seeds topping sushi roll pieces)! Find some great friends to join you at the table and make a great evening at Shiro! <Also of note: they had tables spaced more than sufficiently apart, adhered to face mask guidelines, and also had a contact tracing form for table guests to complete. They are maintaining high standards for safety!"
