He made us feel like a family, he helped picking ingredients for my burrito, let me taste it, he gave suggestions and had a great sense of humor. "This store always does a terrible job. Third times a charm! Im done. My sushi was busted open and not rolled up. There was no drizzle sauce on top and the salmon had broken small pieces of tempura on it. I only give two stars because we did receive the "right" food we ordered but terrible presentation and made wrong."

"Great experience! Open later than other pizza places. Ordered the fire sticks, they were so good! Not many veggie options but you can do a create your own with many options. I got the traditional red sauce, it has like a pasta sauce taste but good flavor. I would probably go with another sauce base next time. Dough is fresh and tasty, not super thick on the pizza, but thicker on the sticks.. Service was absolutely amazing, we sat at the bar- no kids on that side of the restaurant. Waiter/bartender very attentive and friendly. Can't wait to come back next time!"

"I have only tried five items from Umai, including three different sushi rolls, the gyoza, and their combo fried rice. However, I have to say that I absolutely love the fried rice and gyoza so much that I always end up ordering them every time. I am always completely satisfied with my meal and my taste buds are in heaven. The portions are generous and I always have enough leftover rice for another meal. The sushi rolls were also delicious and I will definitely order them again whenever I am craving a sushi snack."

"I 've had a great time the two other times I came here. Today, I came here at 7:20 (40 minutes before they closed) for a sandwich and a beer. A guy that I 've never seen greeted us with we close at 8. Dining in? Take a seat. We ordered a beer, then we never had a server come by again. We were studiously ignored (all eye contact avoided. If they accidentally glanced at our table, they fully turned away from us). We tried to get our server 's attention for 25 minutes before we gave up and went to pay for our beer. When we went to pay, we asked the man who greeted us what time the kitchen closed (because we hadnt had this kind of experience before), and he said we usually stop serving hot food at 7:30, especially if we 've had a hard day. I get the frustrations of food service, but that was no reason to actively ignore us until we left. We would have been satisfied with them telling us the kitchen was closed/closing. The whole experience was a real shame.I don 't know if I 'll go back, but I 'll post an update if I do, and my experience changes.UPDATE: we went across the street to Farelli 's, and apparently, the employee is a known problem. The bartender saw us come from across the street and asked why we left, then said, Was it the tall guy with the dark, curly hair? He 's got a reputation for sending business towards Farelli 's!"
