"This has been where we can count on an excellent meal, until the other night. The pasta specials have always been great in the past. Tonight's lobster mac cheese was bland. No detectable seasoning. The ratio of cheese to mac was anemic. Milk, flour, butter...forgot the cheese it seems. Also almost forgot the lobster. Nice panko crunch. Good cook on the macaroni. But someone forgot to taste it. One of us always orders the panko chicken entre. It had been our favorite. This time the breading was really soggy. No crunch. It hasn't been like that before. The dish still has a great taste, but disappointing texture. Sadly, something has changed. In the future, choosing Roadhouse B G won't be the no brainer that it's always been unfortunately. Sigh."

"I ordered pizza and salads from this location last night for delivery. I received email confirmation as well as the money came out of my account. After we never received a delivery, I called and they stated they never saw my order come thru. They said there was nothing they could do and hung up. I drove to the location to attempt to show them my email confirmation and bank account that shows money came out. The workers would not even look at the evidence, said this happens all the time and take it to corporate or dispute it with your bank I was highly frustrated as they never offered an alternative solution and dismissed my concern of being charged and not getting my ordered food. I have never experienced such horrible customer service anywhere in my life. I am appalled that they were so dismissive and didn't care that I am now out of the money I paid."

"You will be delighted by the new look of Ellen's Bakery and Cafe. After waiting for three months during the expansion and renovations, we found the atmosphere, food, and staff to be exceptional. I truly enjoyed every bite of the Duck Confit Lasagna. Don't miss the Pork Belly appetizer and Lobster Bisque. Our server, Marta, was knowledgeable and made our dining experience unforgettable. Kudos to Chef George for his creative and fresh menu. Manager Ray, thank you for introducing yourself and sharing your expertise on the wine list. This is the best bakery and dessert spot in Metro Detroit. Congratulations! We will definitely be dining here again."
