"I had my first Town Hall Deli experience over the weekend and what an experience it is! We bought 2 sloppy Joes (1 Brooklyn and 1 Gourmet) and did not have the opportunity to eat them fresh. They came back with us to the northern NY and what a treat 2 days later! We also bought some of their sweet breads and they are also excellent. My father grew up in South Orange in the '30s and '40s, but for some reason we never made it here. If I come back to Jersey, it will be on my list! The staff is actually craftsmen in their craftsmanship and so very pleasant!"

For almost 100 years, South Orange and the surrounding communities are served by far the best sloppy Joe Sandwiches. I would drive 100 miles for lunch at this place!

Just ordered a Shiva plate for 30 people and as always, Town Hall Deli outdid itself. The dishes were nicely prepared and decorated, the meat was fresh and delicious, the bagels were pre-cut for us, fresh, sorted and the Nova was fantastic! Everything was delivered at the time and I can't say enough wonderful things about Matt, Tony and her staff! Thank you. Thank you!!!!
