After long more than that, we have called them and they've said that the food was ready but the driver (they bring the food at home) was not there and we would have to wait another 30 minutes, or we could pick up the food ourselfs. Of course, they didn't arrive, and we did call again, and we ask for some kind of discount after more than one hour waiting, with cold food.
