"don't go to this location! the employee was some dude who was on his phone while making the smoothies. i love tropical smoothie but sadly this location always screws up my order. this was the last straw for me, tons of mango chunks were getting caught inmy straw so i went to dump it down the sink and the fruit chunks at the bottom were huge (photo for proof! it used to be ablessing having a healthy food place so close to campus but i'd rather not keep wasting my money."

I love this location, the workers are normally very nice and the food and smoothies are normally great. Seems like the mask policy is optional for some workers though. Edit: 3 months later, same worker still no mask. Training other workers to not weara mask too.

I ordered from this location once was not impressed with the smoothie, today was in the area and decided to give it a try again. Once again pure disappointment, the smoothie tasted like nothing and was watered down. It was a waste of money once again. Iwill only order from Centerville Rd from now on.

We ordered 2 chia bowls and 2 smoothies there were only a handful of people in the store at the time and we waited almost 25 minutes. Upon opening the chia bowls we realized there was barely anything in them. Every other tropical smoothie place Ive gone to has had their chia bowls filled and smoothies arrive promptly. Save your money and time and go to a different location
