"Ordered some smoothies through the drive through today. Despite the ridiculous wait in the drive through we finally got our smoothies. They tasted like they used rotten fruit or something. I returned , went into the lobby and waited to be acknowledged by the two girls working behind the counter.The one girl Nadia(I think) came up to me with with attitude asking what I wanted. I told her the drinks didn’t taste right. She rolled here eyes, and said “I’ll make you new ones”. I didn’t want new ones the fruit was bad. I asked for a refund, which was obviously an inconvenience for her as well.There is no reason to go to this tropical smoothie , you wait forever for rude customer service and bad...

Great service. Only reason not 5 starts is do to communication at the drive through. I had to tell her the same information several times, including to please wait. I don't know if it's just bad speakers, but it was a little frustrating.

Walked in and none of the three people working acknowledged us. It was early and busy, I guess. When I tasted my smoothie, it did not taste like normal, it tasted like rotten bananas. My husband went and told them and they remade it, but it tasted the same. I ended up throwing it out.

Tropical Smoothie Cafe has delicious and healthy food options. The restaurant is always very clean and has an inviting atmosphere. The only downside is the wait times are often a little bit longer than fast food restaurants. This is one of my favorite places to eat. I highly recommend it.

"this is great! I had a strawberry limonade, garlic and rosmarin sweet potatoes, the Bleu Bacon berry, and mac and cheese. the limonade tasted as if it was made with real lemons and earthberries. the riders were perfectly crispy and the cheeky sauce with them was some of the best I had. the burger was delicious and so tasteful. the mac and cheese smashed homemade and I liked the pasta they used. the staff was charming to consider the facility very interesting, and the service was fast and attentive. I will definitely go back!"

"Will always keep coming back! Love the chocolate cake and endless French toast. They have fulfilled many evening breakfast cravings.My favorite savory meal is either their Alfredo or their steak. Staff is awesome and never had any problems."

"I needed good food from a casual, low stress restaurant. La Casita was thrilled. Parking was comfortable in her crowd. I sat fast, regardless of the busy lobby, where customers can also pay their bill. About half of the tables were full at 2:00. They served hot homemade tortilla chips with fresh salsa while I checked the menu. Chips were some of the best. Not too thick, thin or greasy. The salsa was also excellent. Prepared with freshly diced tomatoes and fresh onions. Not too sharp. The chips were perfect to spin large amounts of their fresh salsa. I ate the whole bowl together with my meal. I ordered the crushed beef and cheese Burrito and a diet coke (served from the well, although Pepsi products form the majority of their soda selection). Served in a beautiful large glass with plenty of ice and a quick free refill. The meal was delicious. I'm not a food or even known in La Casita, I'm just getting a little older and enjoying good food. The Burrito was packed with tenderly shredded beef, plenty of cheese and I chose the roasted beans instead of rice. The salad was simple, but good; fresh salad, diced tomatoes and an Italian style dressing. I ate every bite and enjoyed it. The fried beans, which pollinated with melted cheese, made a great bean dip for my remaining chips and added to my Burrito a beautiful free taste. This is obviously a popular local restaurant as there were many greetings and entertainment. Nevertheless, it was still convenient for an outsider like me. I definitely recommend the lunch specialities before 2:30, the relaxing atmosphere, the pleasant staff and, in my opinion, delicious and fresh food. A rare meal worthy of time it needs to write detailed observations and post-pics."

"If I could I would give this place a zero star rating. My family and I have spent 12 plus years residing in Springville Utah, and I was excited to bring my friend from Jamaica. I was appalled by the racial profiling that occurred on our visit. This included a sales associate making her way over to check on us. At first I thought it was a friendly customer interaction. She greeted me and asked if I needed any help. I responded for both of us, as we were clearly together. I said ‘we are just looking for essential oils’. She turned to my friend in a confrontational tone asked what she was looking for, as if I hadn’t just answered it. My friend responded with the same answer I had just told her. I felt the interaction was strange. The sales associate walked back to where she had come from, I looked back at her and saw she was discussing with another employee. Within 20 seconds they both were standing about 10 feet to the right of us and slightly behind us. It wasn’t until we came to the cash register that the first sales associate had gone back to her original post. We had a conversation with the sales associate at the cash register, asking why this interaction occurred. She was clearly uncomfortable and we admitted we would not be coming back to this store. We are both college graduates, who have traveled the world and have never experienced such small minds exhibiting such rude behavior. I am so embarrassed that this interaction happened in the place I call home. My family and I will not shop at Gingers again."

"Normally I love Zubs but today when I unwrapped my sandwich, I found that it was very burnt. Thinking I could cut off the burnt edge and eat it anyway, I opened it up and found the insides just as burnt. The bacon was completely black. It smells so bad of burnt bread, that I don’t want to eat it. Which is a shame because it sounded like a really good sandwich. This quality of food should never leave the kitchen."
