"Excellent food. The pulled-pork sammy is delicious. Steak fries are amazing. Burgers are good. Their daily specials are usually unique and tasty. Soups of the day have been good. Servers are super nice and accommodating. Usually, the service is not slow. The atmosphere is what you would expect with it being in an older small town downtown area building. There is some sidewalk seating if you enjoy dining outdoors. Bar seating and dining areas available."

"Husband and I go here pretty consistently. The time before this, it wasn't great but we figured it was just a bad night. Came in on Saturday evening and the hostess was in a foul mood. Acted pissed she had to seat us and then was stomping around later on near our table, slamming things. My husband ordered a salad with Italian dressing that was straight up just oil in a cup so he asked for Caesar instead, which then made the entire salad taste like straight salt. My turkey bacon sandwich was dry but edible, and was missing the mozzarella cheese. Our server was super sweet and got a wonderful tip because none of what happened was in her control. Super bummed because we typically come here every other weekend but it just seems to be slipping over the last couple months."

"My wife and I stopped in this evening for ice cream. We walked inside because I wanted to look at the menu. We ordered and my wife received her parfait. About 5 minutes passed and I still hadn't received my sundae that I had ordered. I commented to my wife about the sad customer service and a woman in the booth beside us began cursing at us calling me rude. My wife told her to shut up and was assaulted by her and then the woman called the cops. After all of this the owner gave me the excuse that all her employees are 15 year old kids and I never got my ice cream. The owner didn't even offer me a refund. Terrible customer service"

"The price on there board clearly says 36.99 for 20 piece plus three fixens and half gal. Sweet tea. I was charged 45.99 for the 20 piece tailgate. Ordered green beans, got home and the container was filled with juice and two t spoons of green beans..... unacceptable. The only good thing was they gave me a full container of Mac n cheese for the no green beans they had left they said.... If your that low on green beans don't serve at all. Manager was absolutely no help in this matter and said the price was because of tax ..... On the receipt before tax was 45.99... but the sign says 36.99 remember to read there prices, they'll steal your money."
