"Stumbled across this diner on our way home from the beach. Excellent service and delicious appetizers, large portion entrees and some of the nicest employees in Virginia! They were also making apple butter outside available for sale, what a treat! Love the small town, old-school diner feel and they made us feel so welcome. Highly recommend the tater barrels loaded with absolutely everything and the chicken wrap was scrumptious ????"

Quaint restaurant with homey atmosphere. If you're in a hurry, it may not be the best choice as it took 40 minutes for our burgers and fries to arrive. But the food quality was good and the owner was friendly. Given the other positive reviews, perhaps we hit it on an off night.

Ordered simplest item on the menu. Bowl of brown beans and cornbread.Received a bowl of scotched beans and a piece of cornbread about 1.5 by 2 . Waited almost half hour with only 2 other people dining there. One I came with. Cost $7. Burnt brown beans and kid sized cornbread portion.I won't

Best luau Burger I?ve ever had I hate fully cooked Meat and the owner accidentally over cooked mine because my dad asked for his to be cooked thru. But not worries she was the first person to make me a well done Burger that tasted so good I almost ordered one to go. If you have the time to stop you won't be disappointed kind service and a real mom and pop feel
