"Very special location, one of my favourites in the Rhine and Taunus area, even though there are many attractive locations in this area. The rating is because of the location, the food is okay, but there's room for improvement. On one side of the wooden colonial style villa there is a small romantic park with in the background the castle and on the other side there's a terrace with a view over the small city of Konigstein. We enjoy having breakfast there and feel like aristocrats. The breakfast is between 4 and 10 Euro's a person. The also offer Brunch on Sundays once in two weeks for 26 Euro's."

This restaurant is just perfect! The location is beautiful in summer there is a garden overlooking the park or you can sit on the terrace in the shade with the view of the old castle. The atmosphere inside the old villa is also great lovely Mrs Brauns and her friendly service staff make you feel welcome and truly at home and the chef Mr. Brauns spoils you with his delicious cuisine. No matter if you come for a light snack at lunchtime, for a family outing or a great Sunday brunch or if you want to celebrate a wedding every experience in Villa Borgnis is a treat!
