"I’m excited to come back to The Village Pub once they figure out their customer service. There are numerous servers on numerous occasions who treat our group with complete disrespect. I feel like I’m in trouble being here. This is a 21+ bar and we are frequently chastised for being in the company of friends and walking around a bar to mingle with others. Sounds like there needs to be a reevaluation of expectations from management to their staff. There seems to be a lack of understanding that customer experience is a central component of dining. One of the best spots in East Nashville. Great for having a few cocktails or beers (great selection). The food is also amazing. Don’t sleep on anything pretzel here.

Not a bad spot, but we were charged over $5 for some beer cheese sauce for our chips that we didn’t know were extra. I wouldn’t offer a side without letting your guests know something is extra. Food was pretty good.
