"It was really hard to rate being here this time. They are severely understaffed and if you go you've got to make allowances for that it's not their fault. The waitress, Lisa was amazing. But honestly the food this time was the worst I've ever had at a waffle House. The waffle was raw in the middle And the chocolate chips were put on after the waffle had cooled off. We asked him to melt the waffle and he put it on the griddle and then burned the bottom. My omelette which I always love had overcooked ham and unmelted cheese and wasn't it all fluffy which is my favorite part of waffle House waffles. This review is actually for our server, Keya. She exemplified hard work and did it all with a smiling face on a busy holiday weekend. She even suffered a burn while we were there (at the fault of a coworkers accident) and kept working! Thanks for the great service!

My local waffle house! The atmosphere is always friendly, and it's often bustling, which just adds to its charm. I also enjoy working here, especially during the quieter moments between lunch and dinner. If you're an Xfinity customer, you can take advantage of the free Wi-Fi. The staff are pleasant and never make you feel rushed, but it's important to be courteous when there are a lot of people.
