"This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at this location. I have been a customer for nearly 10 years and this experience would likely make me not want to return. We sat waiting for 15 minutes for someone to even come to our table and take our drink orders. We then sat waiting for our sushi for nearly 2 hours! Our waitress repeatedly apologized about the wait and offered complementary appetizers but there really is no excuse that sushi should take two hours to make. It was relatively busy but not busy enough for that to be acceptable. The restaurant cleared out but even at this point it took a while for the sushi to come out. great Bento box mealtimes. I did the laughs and my man did the beef/Bugero box. great amount of food included, especially if the Californian rolls and veggie ei roll. we're coming back.

the service was the worst thing I ever had. it took 35 minutes to get the drinks we ordered 35 minutes before. the waitress was complained with complaining and defensiw apologetic. obviously this place lacks the right administration to short employees in a busy night.
