"We have been regulars since we moved to the space coast. We come for your brats and sausages. Always have the spicy flavors and none of the good ones. We've been coming every week for over 5 weeks trying to get our favorite pineapple terriyaki ones and they haven't been there. They said they switch them every week and that every 3 weeks they will have those. You should do special orders we would order 20 or more and freeze them. Also coming from a state where brats are huge and all meat markets have freezers full of over 20 flavors mushrooms Swiss would be a hit just like a mushroom Swiss burger ? I could tell you so many more flavors ."

We have been customers of Wassi's for a few years. The meats are always great quality and even better eating!! They are a FABULOUS Big Green Egg partner.We often try out new rubs that they sell and recommend. Those have always been perfect as well.It's so nice to have a market that knows us when we come in.Add this to your MUST GO list.

An absolutely exquisite selection of proteins. Numerous choices of outstanding house made sausages, beef (prime, choice, aged, and wagyu), pork, chicken, and ready to grill yummies. This is a gorgeous meat market and should be a must-see on everyone's stop to the area. Clean and beautiful store with a solid wine selection and more sauces and rubs than you can count. Add cast iron, high-end pans, chef's knives, green eggs (with classes), pizza ovens, and all the gear you need to grill. This a carnivores one-stop dream shop.
