"Hallo an alle,Auch wir sind eher spontan in dieses Restaurant gestolpert. Vorab muss ich noch sagen, dass das Essen besser war als erwartet. Das Ambiente ist an sich nicht schlecht, ein gewisser Charme ist zu vermuten. Ich hatte das Rinderfilet. 1. Man fragt den Gast immer, wie sein Steak gebraten werden soll. 2. Wenn dem nicht so ist, dann wird es medium und nicht rare gebraten. 3. Wenn dann noch das Essen aus der benachbarten Garage mittels Wärmeboxen in das Restaurant gebracht wird (nebenbei von einem Typen, der mich eher an einen Horrorfilm erinnert hat, als an den Koch, der mein Essen zubereiten sollte) und dann eine Minute später an die Gäste übergeben wird, kommt man aus dem Staunen...

Sind zufällig reingestolpert und echt beeindruckt. Super Service und super Wein im bierlastigen Oberstdorf. Essen können wir nicht beurteilen.

Das war ein Glücksfall! Fast alle Restaurants in der Zwischensaison geschlossen und dann Alex. Ein Service Spezialist der alten Schule. Umsichtig, zuvorkommend sehr angenehm im Umgang. Wir haben uns so wohlgefühlt, dass wir den Folgetag wieder dort waren. Erlesene Weine, bester Service und gutes Essen. Wir empfehlen dieses Lokal gerne!

Wir waren schon im Winter da und vollkommen begeistert von der Atmosphäre. Auch Sylvester haben wir dort gefeiert, neben den leckeren Weinen haben wir fein gespeist! Mehrere Gänge ließen keine Wünsche offen und den Abend sehr kurzweilig werden. So sind wir jetzt auch im Sommerurlaub wieder dahin- und siehe da, der kompetente Axel war wieder da und der Wein immer noch fein die Atmosphäre draußen ist auch sehr gemütlich- und so war das nicht unser letzter Besuch

"Alpe Dornach has many parking spaces, but by far not enough for the visitor tower. Accordingly, there is a regular struggle for the rare parking spaces. That was also so dirty that you said that a herd spit Lamas on it. The dirt was pretty old. As a result, it was very cold at our table and we were always happy. Sitting in the back of the guest room or the adjoining room was not possible due to the many guests. The guest room was clean and visually cozy. In Speedy Gonzales Manier, however, we ran constantly with their trays, as they were also served outside, as well as other guests. Cosiness did not come up with us, especially because it was extremely loud. You felt like being a canteen with speed-ding in a large room. The staff and the boss were exemplary friendly. The toilet was not cleaned or refilled during the opening time. She was so dirty and the paper on the sink was empty. For starters we had a clear table top with Thymian-Lebernockerl and Allgäuer Bergkässuppe. The cheese soup was wonderful and intense, like eating a delicious cheese weave. I tasted mountain cheese, semmental and a white painter. The Rieslingsemmerl was laid over the electrolytic soup bowl as in a kind of medium ship. But that was as small as a little peasant tasted good. The tabletop broth with liver stool was also self-made, tasty and had a use of fine cut vegetable cubes. To the main dish there were bakers from the milk calf, goulash, schnapps and a children's part cheese. The brunette was completely forgotten when the main dishes were delivered, as it turned out later, and only brought my demand to the table. The brunette was quite dry and the crust was separated from the meat. The crust then lay loose on the meat that was delicious. My goulash had very fine high quality meat in a beautiful natural sauce. The eggplant noodles had the right cooking point. The part was lush. Too bad you didn't notice anything from the smoke aromas announced on the map. The cheeses were initially supplied as an adult. As a children's part, the lobes did not draw any threads and delicious water. Yet a rich fat cap formed in the plate. Amazing how to get so much fat with so little cheese. The cheese puppets therefore went back and our complaint was friendly and understood. Our little ones even offered a free iceball. Great answer! My wife was only harassed by the cold and the turbulent environment and graduated from the broccoli that was too hard. She offered her softer, but she didn't want to. Also the Risotto was not so much for her taste. I tried that too. My tip: a bit more white wine and parmesan, less the ointment that was in it. My wife and daughter have a cold today. Since I don't like to eat in the ice-cream chamber and also rest at dinner, I have to take off two stars. Maybe we'll be back in a quieter time.
