"Waited in line for 10 minutes to use the Amazon return machine. When my items didn’t fit in the poly-bags, I did as the kiosk instructed and took them over to the customer service desk. An employee, maybe a/the manager, came over and said to ignore the instructions and place the kiosk stickers directly on the item packaging, after waiting again in the then even lengthier line. She was very dismissive and rude, at which point I had to explain that I had kids in the car and couldn’t stand in line for another 20 minutes just to re-try my returns based on faulty instructions. I like Whole Foods in general, but the management at this location could be much improved."

Always an excellent experience. This time around I was able to converse with a very knowledgeable man at the beer/ wine counter. He was extremely helpful in picking out wines that I needed for a gathering. He is also very cheese knowledgeable!Plus they always have the best flower selection!

Needs more organic goat milk options. Needs more organic vegetable options. More and more people are coming to realize organic or not cow dairy is bad for you, and so are grains that contain gluten or even that say gluten-free. Only certain sprouted grains are okay. There's no options for bread at this store... at all.

I love coming here. So glad we have a Whole Foods nearby. The warm food choices just recently seemed to have a few more options vs. lots of spicy and similar themed foods. That’s nice. I love their freshly made Chicken Caesar Wraps and I hope they will make more of it because it runs out too often. That grilled chicken in this wrap is just so good!!! If you’re a smart shopper, this place can be even cheaper than Harris Teeter even when it comes to eggs, meat and fresh grocery items. Whole Foods store brand coffee beans are also great and low priced and the sushi is also great quality. I really like coming here.
