"We stopped here for lunch and loved it absolutely! The food is so fresh and delicious. We tried the Gyro Special, Chicken Cesear Wrap and the Kafta Wrap. The chocolate chip cookie is also a must. I highly recommend this place for a quick bite. The owners, Amer and Marie will make you feel part of the family!"

What a hidden jewel! Marie, your egg salad sandwich is absolutely delicious! Thank you for your excellent customer service. I will definitely try your other sandwiches again.

My heart hurts joy when I read her menu. It's okay! I love the shepherd cake, egg salad sandwich, biscuits, soups, salads... everything. Very nice couple. A visit to her café illuminates my day.

Delicious Caesar Wrap from scratches! The owners are so friendly and welcoming. It's a beautiful environment. The chocolate chip cookie was perfectly baked and also delicious. Thanks for the pleasant lunch:

"Best quality food and service round! After having many amazing experiences at VINIA, my husband and I decided to organize our wedding reception there. We wouldn't have asked for a better experience. Paola was our so easy to communicate and was very fast to offer menu options. They were able to accommodate our guests with a milk allergy and our personal preferences. They were extremely flexible and allowed us to use their seating options and introduce additional tables. The night went so smooth with their excellent service to meet our needs before we could even ask. And of course, food and wine were impeccable!!!"

"We decided to finally stop here for lunch today. After many times driving by or stopping at Wawa for gas. We would always say We should try them . And let me tell you, it was OUTSTANDING!! I had the Alex 's Bacon Cheeseburger , my son had the Tiny Texas . Which was two chicken filets with BBQ jam and cheese and topped with coleslaw. Both sandwiches were fresh, tasty and cooked to perfection. The French fries were perfect. I can 't recommend this place more strongly. The staff was welcoming and friendly. When you have Fresh in your name you definitely need to back it up. They did and made sure we will be back. GREAT JOB!!!"

"The hit food was not hot. The food is barely seasoned. Great amount given to fill u up and the island time juice was the best part. Overall food is healthy but too much food options packed into a small plate when u sit and eat. Fresh kitchen is way better. The steak looked pale and herb potatoes look dry....but overall its ok. Customer svc was great. Very knowledge about all food options. Very patient and nice."

"I had a fantastic experience at Zeytin. Both Z and Michelle, such a lovely couple, take their work very seriously. Everything was ver fresh and delicious. Lentil soup was amazing together with the fresh bread. Lamb was made medium perfectly and it was delicious along with the rice and sides. By the way, not many restaurants can make rice that well as if it was cooked at home just for few people. Then, I also had baklava made by Z. Now, the relative comparison part: because Zeytin was closed on Monday, I went to Bosphorus at their Winter Park location and it was a pretty bad experience. I will not go into the details here because this review is written to recognize and appreciate the great service and delicious food by Michell and Z at Zeytin. Thank you!"
