Might be some of the worst Korean food we 've ever had. The woman tried to upsell my husband from the chicken to the shrimp. He thought it was for both. She actually said it was. It was a plate of fried shrimp, but not battered in breadcrumbs, just cornstarch. Gummy and gross. I would describe the flavor as vinegar. The meal was about $28 and barely edible. Kkanpunggi is is spicy garlic fried chicken stir-fried with vegetables and a sweet, sour, spicy sauce. No sweet, only sour, no vegetables and the rice was extra. A waste of time and money.

Craving black bean noodles, I wanted to try it here since I had some shopping to do. I ordered it to-go since I was still numb from a prior dentist appointment just minutes before. The food was microwaved the next day because I ended up getting distracted and eating something else for dinner instead. All leading up to the noodles being not so satisfactory when I finally got to it. It tasted like caramelized onion with tiny pieces of what I presume to be beef in it. Overall, it wasn't bad but not great. I definitely advise to eat it fresh and go for the option where they add seafood or beef to it. Given it was $12, I think it was fairly priced. Might come to try other items from their menu.

This is my go-to place whenever I visit H-Mart food court. We usually visit on weekends and the lady that's always there is so friendly and nice. Very willing to provide extra pickled radishes or to go boxes, or whatever else we might need. It is a food court, and it can get busy, so I'd suggest getting here earlier if you want a table fast as it's first come first server, like any food court.We always get the half and half, whether it be jjajang-tangsooyook or jjamppong-jjajang or whatever else.
