"The service was unbelievably poor (and ultra negative) while the food was pretty good, and hence even the 1 star. South Indian food is a favourite of mine and A2B is a name I am familiar with from Chennai. I have been to the South Plainsfield branch which was great too. But the Hwy 1 branch of A2B has seriously poor behaviour. While the wait was short, the food came quickly it seems that they really want you to get out quickly as well. I had taken a business colleague for lunch and I also asked to pack a few things to go, but bich came early and we put it at the side of table. They had cleared the dirty plates of the main dishes, and as we were waiting for dessert, one of the servers came and asked us if we could leave as other customers were waiting for a table. We hadn't received the dessert and not paid the bill yet either! In 30 year of restaurant visiting in the US, this is the first time that someone had asked me to leave. The problem is the attitude of course. All the server had to do was first ask if we wanted to order anything more or were waiting for an order. It was simply shocking and destroyed all the good feeling of the lunch! I shall never visit the A2B Hwy 1 Princeton location again. If you are going, please be aware."
