"This place is a huge let down! I placed an online order for a chicken tarna plate and a chicken tarna wrap at 5:28pm on 06/13/2023, and got the order confirmation with pick up at 5:50pm. I show up at 6pm to pick up my order, the cashier tells me they only start working on the orders when the customer shows up, and tells me another 10 minutes. I prepaid for the order and asked for a soon pick upwhy should I have to wait for an order that I placed online and already paid for? Tell me you forgot about my order rather than giving me a lame excuse, but if this restaurant starts working on orders placed and paid for online, then surely it is doing something wrong and needs a new manager."

I was using my appIt said I can get a free side dish. I asked her about redeeming it she said I don't know how to redeem it and apologized for it. I don't understand how she works here and doesn't know how to redeem it.Food: 4/5

Terrible staff, their menu prices in restaurant are different than online. The cashier is finishing up a personal phone call on her cell phone while a customer is waiting to order. I send feedback through their website and never got a response. Just terrible. I wouldn’t recommend the TARZANA CA location.Food: 4/5

The chicken is always delicious with the exception of their hummus and secret garlic sauce. Sometimes both the hummus and garlic sauce lacks consistency. Service depends on the staff working some are nice but some don't really care.Parking: It depends on the time and day you go. If it's prime time then good luck finding parking.
