"I had hoped that this would be the place to pick up breakfast before work. I specifically asked for ww everything bagel, the guy checked and said we have one left. I get to work, not whole wheat... checked the receipt which you get after paying for it, says everything, not ww everything. Very disappointing that they can't get a simple order correct and even forgot to give the side salad."

My favorite place to grab a bagel and iced coffee. The bagels are honestly the best I’ve ever had. Super soft and delicious and absolutely pleasant staff! Highly recommend!

This is the second time I’ve ordered and it was incorrect. The person taking the order is never attentive. Paid for veggie cream cheese and got regular cream cheese. Wish I had the time to return it for a refund. . Frustrating.

After reading reviews online, went there for early breakfast. I ordered scrambled eggs on everything bagel and coffee.Both are tasty.Staff is nice and welcoming. Nice and clean restaurant. Definitely recommend this restaurant for quick food.

"just adding to address the response. I do take back that you didn't offer an apology, you did. Sorry. However, our conversation and your response still do not address my chief complaint , which was not that your portion sizes were too large but that the person that picked up the phone should have suggested we had too much food and maybe we should cut back on one or tow portion sizes, especially since I made it clear how unsure I was and was looking for her guidance. That is the crux of my issue. i have been a regular patron for decades, by dining in or in some or in this case ordered in. i asked the receptionist for some guidance for 6 people, telling her we wanted 6-7 dishes. We were 6 people with average appetites and half the food is leftover. i understand that 1.5 orders feeds 4-6 people but what the receptionist should have told me once she knew we were ordering that many dishes we should have ordered less dishes ordered the single size portion in some if not all cases. Case in point, she suggested 2 full size trays of garlic bread (which was horrible btw) and 3/4 of it was left over. I unnecessarily spent an exorbitant amount of money on a 6 person meal, trusted the receptionist and should have received better guidance when ordering that many things. when i called back 2 days later to express my feelings to the manager, he basically offered me a refund for the garlic bread, not taking any responsibility for being totally misguided. LP has been doing this for decades and should KNOW that the more the dishes, cut back on the portion sizes...... Had i received a bit more of a token gesture and a small apology, you wouldn't be reading this review. DG"

"It 's been a few years since I 've been at a Cheesecake Factory, I recall it being a bit more higher-end (more like a step above Houlihans), but this location was NOT that; it felt dated and service was slow/sub-par to the point we saw two tables leavewhile we were there (supposedly computers went down). Not all the silverware was thoroughly clean. In addition, our serverwasn 't sharp. I had to repeat and remind the server of our drink order (one drink was missing, claimed I didn 't order it, butthen looked at his book and saw it was there and apologized) as well as forgot the dressing for my salad. One of the entreesnever arrived we had to flag down our waiter to follow up with the kitchen, it came 15-20 min after the other 2 had alreadyarrived (to the point food started getting cold) and our server barely followed up with us. He was nice when he was there buthis niceness did not make up for the poor service. Food was okay and the selection was vast (almost old-school diner like) somany options including low carb/calorie options (which was nice to see). Entree portions were filling but seems a bit light forthe price. The best value IMO is the Renee 's special, soup, salad, and sandwich. And if you 're looking for a healthier dessertoption, I recommend the low-calorie no sugar added Low-Licious Cheesecake, that was surprisingly good! These positives notes arethe only reason why I gave this location 2-stars, I 'm probably not returning to this location, I recall a better experience atthe Garden City location, so I 'll go there IF I decide to give Cheesecake Factory another shot."

"This is now our favorite sushi spot, with a dimly lit lounge area and good music that enhances relaxation and flavor tasting. The waitstaff at this Long Island restaurant provides top-notch service. Even with my toddler in tow, we received professional and welcoming treatment. As a former bartender, I am impressed by the creativity and quality of their signature drinks. The hibachi section can be loud, so be prepared for a lively atmosphere. Despite the noise, the hibachi food is excellent, though not necessarily the best I've had. The entertainment at the hibachi tables is constant, as there are many tables turning over regularly."

"the only good at this restaurant are the drinks. she doesn't sneak on alcohol, but eating is most questionable. we ordered the cacio e peppe. dish was not dried juice, the pasta was glued together n was difficult to separate. they need to improve the garnel bruschetta, court was ok. the cavatelle with sun-dried tomato had no taste. Perhaps we are critical because of the many restaurants we visit. I wouldn't go forward. I'm sorry!"
