"at the western rande of spas and badestadt badestadt baden wildungen lies the brewhouse bad wildungen. the building is about 100 years old and is located in the middle of the forest, which is why it was formerly called a forest house. the brewhouse is still one of the smallest restaurants in Germany. the owners have brought them forward with a new concept and much love to detail to this day. "because the owner has changed, the waffelhaus is no longer what it was. the quality of the foods was greatly neglected. the once really best carving of the region tastes like drawn from the frit and looks like that. "After a hike in the nearby Kellerwald-Edersee National Park we went to drinks and snacks. The place is very large and modern. We choose the Scharwze Burger as a snack before dinner. The burger was very tasty, it has perfectly cooked slices of beef, truffle Mayonaise and some green that really supplements it. The frits are golden brown and it has both Mayo and Ketchup. In any case, would come back to try some of their other burgers"

"If you are in town and want to have a good German traditional experience, I recommend this place. The scavenger (Pork fillet with bread crumbs and friend) it is amazing. I ordered one to bring the mushroom cream sauce with pieces of bacon, which I strongly recommend...and ask to change the french fries for roast potatoes (pan-fried potato slices with bacon and onions). This is super tasty and good price. The restaurant was also nicely furnished, very cozy and warm and the service was friendly."
